The proposed building, “Sawera Grand” will be constructed Plot No. D-75, Block-7, Scheme No-5, Clifton, Boat Basin, Karachi. The building type is residential having an area of 1,000 square yards with Commercial area of 224 sq. yards. The magnificent building consists of Basement, Ground and Eighteen floors distributed as Three dedicated parking floors (2nd – 5th) and 15 residential floors. The building would consist of 16 luxurious 4-6 bed rooms apartments with spacious parking space which can easily accommodate 42 cars, entrance gate for basement, ground and parking floors will be provided from the ramp connected to the service lane of Mai Kolachi Road.
The traffic impact analysis study has been undertaken in response to the requirement of Cantonment Board Clifton (CBC) to ascertain the effect of additional traffic generated by the building that in future will be served by the existing road network.
The study process involved traffic surveys that have necessarily been carried out to determine the current and future road traffic conditions. Since, the site in its initial construction stage; the overall traffic volumes extracted from the classified traffic count surveys are exclusive of proposed building trips. Furthermore, the parking assessment surveys are designed to estimate available parking space and propose recommendation on inadequacy.
