Traffic Impact Study of 9th Avenue

This project deals with the traffic impact study of the proposed residential building at Bath Island Quarter, Metropolitan Corporation, Karachi.
The proposed building would be constructed on plot of size 2,000 Square yard, having Basement, Ground and 15 floors, out of which Basement, Ground, First, Second and Third floor is only dedicated for parking comprising total cover area of 5286 Square feet.
Considering dense population of the vicinity and surrounding building, connecting with complex road network make necessary to conduct traffic impact study of the building which would evaluate the effects of building with recommended solutions.
