Traffic Impact Study of Falcon Mall Shahrah e Faisal

This project deals with the traffic impact study of the under construction commercial building named as “Falcon Mall” at Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, near-by PAF Recruitment Center.
The proposed building has a plot size of 17,940 square yard, it has ground plus three commercial floors, food court, a cinema with an capacity of 600 seats and an in-house parking facility.
The building is located along the principal arterial of the city; i.e. Shahrah-e-Faisal; location of this commercial building plays an vital role in establishing the fact to conduct a traffic impact study which not only evaluated the effects of such building but also proposed a solution to optimize the traffic state for both; facility and roadway users.
